The Machar – The Efrat and Gush Etzion Emergency Medical Center
The Emergency Medical Center was founded to give recourse to urgent medical issues in the evening hours and on weekends and holidays. The services provided are available to all residents of Efrat, Gush Etzion and the surrounding areas.
The Center has systems in place for complete patient care.
A visit starts with an assessment by professional nursing staff and physicians and includes innovative and advanced equipment, in order to accurately determine the status of each patient.
After the initial assessment each patient receives on-site care appropriate to his or her condition, a prescription to continue treatment at home, and, if needed, a referral to continue care in the hospital setting.
Our center adheres to high standards of medical care and meets the requirements of the Ministry of Health, providing patients with professional treatment with relatively short wait times and a personal approach.
Treatments are available at all hours that the center is open and without additional cost

Sun-Thurs: : 19:00 - 23:00
Fri: 23:00 - 13:00
Sat and Holidays 23:00 - 09:00
Co-pays:
Members of Health Funds: As determined by the Health Ministry
Tourists: 350 NIS
Those with a referral from their physician are exempt from co-pays, as determined by agreements with the health funds.
